- Continued repairing the damaged louvers of the left wing building
- Stainless Steel Hand Rail continued
- Continued shuttering & reinforcement works on western boundary wall towards the main entrance
- Second coat terracotta paint on right wing roof continued replacing damaged tiles. Continued two small pavilions
- Glaze tile work continued in 1st floor in side of the left wing building. Started ground floor
- Wiring inside of the left wing building continued
- Plumbing in side of the Left Wing Building continued
A Working Committee Meeting was held. Discussed and listed the invitees for the Ceremony. Planned accommodation arrangements in Monastery for the Sri Lankans who will arrive on 28th April from Gorakhpur. Transport arrangement finalized. Discussed about providing meals for the guests from 28th April. It was suggested to give the supply of food on 05th May to a reputed hotel. Decided to but some of the Utensils such as a gas cooker, saucepans & etc. needed to the Monastery.
