- Painting of roof 7 ½ small pavilions & 01 Large pavilion completed.
- Varnishing roof underneath 02 small pavilions completed.
- Colour Painting of left wing building ground floor & 1st floor 75% completed.
- White painting done in Bodhi Ghara walk way. 04 pavilions were done near the steps. Under the steps all first coat applied.
- Green Marble on the main entrance steps & 2/3 of the landing completed. Laying Red marble on the left side steps continued. Tiling of east side mort wall completed. On the floor of Siddhartha pavilion concreting done. (4in x 324 sqft)
- Wire cut brick cleaning on semi circular walls completed.
- Deep well dug to a depth of 310 ft.
- Filling of the flower beds with soil sent by LDT 75% done.
- More Materials such as Rubble & Sand for boundary walls transported to the site.
- Cutting of foundation in the eastern wall completed. RR Masonry work 60 ft continued on the southern wall.
- Had a discussion with the Contractor. Informed about the daily targets which are far below. Contractor promised to employ additional labour gangs to Marble Laying, Site clearing and preparing the road.
- Presidents’ security officials visited the site accompanied by Mr. Sisira Kothalawala, The Minister Counselor.
