- The Strike and the curfew continued for the second day at Bhairahawa & Butwal Areas. No material can be transported.
- Completed the North boundary walls to 18 in x 18 in as shown in figure.
- Glaze tiling of the hall of the second floor in the Left wing building completed. Balcony 80% done. Work temporary stopped of unavailability of tile transportation.
- Rough tiling on Outer Curved Mote wall started.
- Varnishing underneath right wing building 1st coat completed. Second coat started.
